Ready, set, pedal! Created by Wataru Watanabe, Yowamushi Pedal tells the story of otaku turned cycling enthusiast Sakamichi Onoda who joins the Sohoku High Bicycle Club as a first-year student. The story follows Onoda and fellow teammates as they train and take on rival high schools to win the Inter-High competition.
In Vol. 50, the race continues as Hayato Shinkai and Takuto Ashikiba of Hakone Academy are coming up through the pack and Sakamichi’s catching up to leader Imaizumi. Midousuji enters the fray with Sohoku and Hakone’s sprinting groups rushing forward, and a fourth powerhouse that threatens the three schools silently approaches!
