Ready, set, pedal! Created by Wataru Watanabe, Yowamushi Pedal tells the story of otaku turned cycling enthusiast Sakamichi Onoda who joins the Sohoku High Bicycle Club as a first-year student. The story follows Onoda and fellow teammates as they train and take on rival high schools to win the Inter-High competition.
In Vol 48, Midousuji of Kyofushi manages to grab a victory in the second day sprint, which makes the members of Sohoku High uneasy about what will happen on the third day of the competition. Will Onoda and the gang be able to sail through the finish line first?
