Taking place in the Joker Star Cluster, The Five Star Stories is a space opera series by Mamoru Nagano, also well-known for his mecha designs in Heavy Metal L-Gaim. The Five Star Stories Reboot is a reprinted version commemorating the series’ 25th anniversary. The series follows Amaterasu and his artificial life-form bride, Lachesis, as he attempts to rule over the Joker System in this epic tale of war.
