With the combined strength of Dynazenon, Gridknight, and Goldburn, Kaiser Gridknight defeated the powerful kaiju Gibzorg, and a brief time of peace ensued. However, behind the scenes, a new threat begins to stir. One morning, when Yomogi Asanaka meets Gauma, he seems to not remember him and acts as if they are meeting for the first time. And for some strange reason, Yume Minami even repeats the same words she used when she and Yomogi first met. Confused, Yomogi begins to wonder if he has gone back in time. Shortly thereafter, a completely unknown kaiju suddenly appears. Bewildered, Yomogi once again boards Dynazenon to engage it in battle, but then he realizes that his Dynasoldier is a different color than he remembers. A mysterious new story is about to begin!
