Nene Nanakorobi is a cyborg girl who dreams of attaining world peace and whose life changes when she meets an eccentric scientist named Uzal Delilah on a cruise ship headed for Cenancle Island and takes a liking to her cat-like cyborg Clarion. When a super-powered terrorist threatens the island, Uzal gives Nene the ability to use a device inside Clarion’s body called the Pandora Device, allowing her to master skills and abilities she never even knew she had. Together, Nene and Clarion begin working together to make Nene’s dream of world peace come true, but they soon realize they are up against much more than they first realized.
