Kyoko Hori is a bright and popular high school girl, but she has a side that she doesn’t want others to know about. Outside of school she is a homebody who is family oriented, and she takes care of the housework and looks after her younger brother, Souta. Izumi Miyamura is her classmate who also has a secret side he wants to keep hidden from others. At school he is a gloomy otaku who keeps to himself, but in his private life he’s a good-looking, laid-back guy with a punk style that includes piercings and tattoos. One day, the two find out about their alternate personas outside of school when Izumi helps Souta return home after he gets a nosebleed. Not wanting anyone else at school to know their secret, they make a pact with each other and soon become friends. But will their friendship blossom into something else?
In Vol. 11, Yuki isn’t quite sure if her feelings for Toru are love or friendship. However, even amidst the confusion, Toru cherishes his time with Yuki. Meanwhile, the third semester of their final year continues to inch closer to its end.
