A prequel to the original series, Goblin Slayer Side Story: Year One follows a young boy who swears vengeance against goblins after his sister is brutally murdered during a goblin raid. Though inexperienced and having nothing more than crude gear, he sets off on a mission alone to vanquish the goblin lair responsible for the attack and avenge his sister. Thus begins the journey of the one who would become known far and wide as the Goblin Slayer!
