It follows the talented and young magician Subaru Sumeragi, the head of an onmyoji family in Japan serving the Emperor. He’s called on to solve a variety of occult mysteries alongside his twin sister Hokuto and the mysterious veterinarian Seishiro Sakurazuka. The mystery surrounding Subaru might be greater than any mystery the Emperor asks him to solve, though.
