In the Clover Kingdom, magic is a commonplace ability. Orphans Asta and Yuno were raised together in an orphanage on the outskirts of the city, but where Yuno is a magical prodigy, Asta has no magical skills at all. Together they set out to see which one of them has what it takes to become a Magic Knight in this spin-off to the main series that follows the events of the story from the game.
